‘Game of Thrones’ creators apologize for Sunday’s episode (Spoilers)

WARNING: The following contains spoilers. 

No one knows how to break a person’s heart better than the creators behind HBO’s “Game of Thrones.” Don’t even try to act like you’re not still reeling from the death of Ned Stark in season one.

But on Sunday, “GoT” took the devastation to the next level with Hodor’s death and moving on seems impossible. So last night, “GoT’ producers D.B. Weiss and David Benioff appeared on “Jimmy Kimmel Live” to apologize for what happened on Sunday. Though, it’s not likely to make you feel better.

Weiss and Benioff showed no remorse for killing of the loveable character. Instead they apologized for the aftermath of the episode’s airing — the numerous bad jokes fans love to make. It’s important to note that fans also created Hodor door stoppers available for purchase. 

“We’re sorry for all the idiots who from now on will be shouting ‘Hodor’ every time you go through a door,” Benioff said.
